1.31 National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) and Student Complaints

Since March 2015, Saint Louis University has been an approved member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), a state-level reciprocity consortium endorsed by the U.S. Department of Education. NC-SARA members are authorized to provide distance education to students from all NC-SARA member states.

NC-SARA's policies help protect students and provide benefits to both states and institutions carrying out distance education in multiple states. More information about the NC-SARA initiative and the progress of state and institutional membership can be found on the NC-SARA webpage.  Saint Louis University follows the complaint resolution policies and procedures outlined within the NC-SARA Policy Manual and summarized on the NC-SARA's website for student complaints. Visit the NC-SARA website for more information about the SARA student complaint process.
