Clinical Documentation and Health Information Foundations, Microcredential
The Clinical Documentation and Health Information Foundations Microcredential introduces students to the principles of clinical documentation, coding systems, and the structure of health information management. It prepares students across majors to understand how patient information is recorded, classified, and used within healthcare organizations.
Admission Requirements
For current, active Saint Louis University students wishing to declare a microcredential, complete the Update for Student Curriculum Record form.
