Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Minor
Saint Louis University's online Leadership and Organizational Behavior minor allows you to improve communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making skills – no matter what part of the organization you are in (or hope to be in).
Coursework in this program offers a unique combination of in-demand skills to develop you as a leader capable of identifying problems; motivating employees, colleagues and volunteer staff; and implementing substantive change. You may choose this 18-credit program as a minor combined with a major in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree. You can also complete the degree entirely online and choose from six start terms per year.
